After almost 20 years working in the fields of ultrasound and acoustic microscopy and 15 years in X-ray radiography in different companies; Isaline Richard decided in 2010 to create her own consulting non destructive testing lab.

Nicolas, a Materials Engineer, has worked for more than 10 years in different failure analysis labs. His 7 years experience in one of the international major microelectronical companies has allowed him to become a specialist in his field. Nicolas joined our team in 2011.

Emmanuelle joined the team in 2013 and manages our customers base: her 20 years experience, including 10 years in a sales administration department, has allowed her to strengthen her customer focus and her expertise for commercial and administrative management. Her training in foreign languages (English and Spanish) gives her confidence in the context of international development of Predictive Image.

Pauline is a materials engineer who graduated from PHELMA, the applied physics, electronics and materials school of the INPG. After having studied for a year at "Imperial College", London, she then completed a doctorate in physics in the laboratory of microelectronic technologies (LTM-CNRS) located on the CEA Grenoble site. Pauline joined the team in 2015.
